There is not a good reason to work with PDS.

Cons

No contact from management they treat you like trash and don't support in any way, if the company you are sent to work for ends your contract for any outrageous reason they listen to them and not you, and they have expensive benefits and no raises.

Provides the best package for contract engineers. 401K is not limited like other contract agencies since there are not huge discrepancies in earnings.

Cons

Same cons as every contract house. They take a substantial amount of money just to pay your social security and medicare taxes.

PDS Tech has good benefits; including some holiday pay unlike most other sub-contract services.

Cons

There is nothing negative to say about PDS Tech. That being said it is a contract agency and I need a permanent job. But this is not against PDS Tech.
