      Pros

      This was a branch of the company .The people were all local and one had the ability to work independently. It was like running your own company. The corporate staff is especially excellent to work with. All the branch manager and the teams always have the How can I help you attitude. The owner of the company is a very down to earth and humble individual after meeting him you realize how the company is succeeding.

      Cons

      The company would shut down local offices due to no local clients. The management did not do any efforts to hire the right candidate for Business Development for the office to sustain.

      Pros

      Pay on time and pay is ok.

      Cons

      Not very quick to respond to messages and emails. I have been working for almost a yeaar now and I am still fighting to find out information on how to claim sick time (City ordinance requires they pay this). Noone seems to know what I am talking about. Also, my contract was extended twice and I was not told about it. I had to hunt them down to ask if it was ending or extending.
