Good company to work with. Were very helpful in negotiating better hourly rate.

Cons

The benefits PDS offers are good for a job shop. On line 401K enrollment is somewhat difficult

They're true to their word about when and where they're sending you and they've never missed a pay period

Cons

Sometimes its difficult not knowing how long the term of the contract is. You only have you job for the next five minutes

Compensation was increased yearly and was a fairly good salary.

Cons

Account Managers are not involved with their employees at client sites. I did not receive a performance review in over 5 years. Benefits package was lacking.
