Pros

Good company to work for. Never had a problem with my recruiter, he is constantly in touch with me about the job. Would recommend to other people.

Cons

Contract work. Might work for some but not others. No annual leave or sick days. If the company you are working for likes you they might offer you a position, but not always the case.

There is not a good reason to work with PDS.

Cons

No contact from management they treat you like trash and don't support in any way, if the company you are sent to work for ends your contract for any outrageous reason they listen to them and not you, and they have expensive benefits and no raises.

PDS Tech has good benefits; including some holiday pay unlike most other sub-contract services.

Cons

There is nothing negative to say about PDS Tech. That being said it is a contract agency and I need a permanent job. But this is not against PDS Tech.
