Pros

This was a branch of the company .The people were all local and one had the ability to work independently. It was like running your own company. The corporate staff is especially excellent to work with. All the branch manager and the teams always have the How can I help you attitude. The owner of the company is a very down to earth and humble individual after meeting him you realize how the company is succeeding.

Cons

The company would shut down local offices due to no local clients. The management did not do any efforts to hire the right candidate for Business Development for the office to sustain.

I was placed at a job within weeks, but has been slow since my last contract ended.

Cons

When my contract expired, was not told why, whether it was work related issues or if my contract ended. No reason given. Just having a hard time trying to find work, during the holidays, no money no job. NO explaination

Pros

The management team works to leverage your skills and expertise. It's a small enough organization where you can be a contributor and rewarded for your work. The dress is business casual; they work to encourage teaming. There is frequent collaboration and information shared about our business area. The environment is very profesional but casual. They believe in celebrating holiday's and special days like St Patricks Day (ie green cupcakes for the team).

Cons

For contractors the benefits are a little expensive and they don't cover the necessary routine doctor visits; especially if you have a family.
