Pros

50% match on 401K. 3 days work from home. Career growth is good, if you start at junior level. May not be true mid and senior level.

Cons

No formal appraisal No yearly bonus or raises. You may have to fight to prove your worth. Sometimes this leads, people to get very self centered and step on each other to prove their worth.

Pros

Work from home and somewhat flexible schedule

Cons

Hiring a lot of non technical people for software design and testing. Moving long tenure employees into technical jobs just because they've been with the company for many years when they are incompetent for the role. No formal reviews , pay raises are scarce. Micromanaging from Directors which leads to Micromanaging from Managers and Team Leads. All US jobs are being filled offshore, leading employees to wonder the state of the company.
