Location, flexible with time off, can gain good industry experience

Cons

Very rare to get a raise, very cliquish environment, no performance reviews, general incompetence and buffoonery at management level

Work from home benefits, they're flexible to accommodate you when you need off for your family. Comfortable work environment, you can wear jeans.

Cons

No annual performance reviews, No performance raises, the talent is leaving. I can't preach this enough across the company that the #1 issue you will hear from everyone is they don't give annual raises/performance reviews. There is no incentive based on your performance here period. They cut incentives, we no longer have our annual company Christmas party, or the annual family day, or the 5 years of service pdx rings. Which wasn't much, but everyone looked forward to those small perks.
