      Pros

      Remote, not on phones/calls, must meet production quota. If you like constant change in rules and requirements, and repetitive work this is the job for you.

      Cons

      No merit increases, small bonuses at end of year, hard to advance, mind numbing repetitive work. More work, more responsibility, less bonus, less or no overtime. Being too good at your job is a reason for them to not promote you.

      so much talked about goodness but no actions, work on diversity of leadership, no leadership programs, low employee morale.
