Pros

If you like giant parties and expensive office instead of equitable raises than I guess this is the place for you. If you are having a good time at this company, it's at the expensive of other people, who the company is actively misusing to give you are amenities.

Cons

Serve a bunch of man children if you want I guess. They try to pretend that this company is equitable because of it has one female owner, who is massively self absorbed and doesn't care two wits that all the admin roles at this company are women and get horribly overloaded while all the roles that are mostly done by men are constantly babied. It's gross, glad I'm out of there

Pros

The office in Chicago is interesting to see. By “interesting” I mean the building, the location. The office itself is artsy, overly decadent, has free drinks, snacks, and even food quite often.

Cons

The chaos: from the day I started it felt like everything was half done and not thought through, and that never stopped. If you’re in trading it’s a different world but for everyone else it’s ridiculous, painful, and not worth the little they pay. There are plenty of loyalists to be found within, and some brilliant ones, but most aren’t all skilled enough to be where they are, or they have simply taken over an area to its detriment. Why do I say loyalists? Because this place wants to be a cult. It just doesn’t have any leadership to follow through. You will not be valued or trusted until you’ve sacrificed 5 years of being underpaid. The company obviously places more importance on loyalty than on merit, which is something the CPD would surely applaud.

-TFIG team is awesome -Team members are great and responsive -The team wants to grow and help

Cons

-Leadership has no idea how to treat employees -combining 3 companies at once was to large of a challenge to do at once -Many growing pains
