Our goal is definitely to create an environment where everyone can contribute to our efforts and the business. We know we still have some work to do here. As discussed more recently in our monthly company all hands meetings we make a conscious decision to not work on every tech idea we have. We want to run lean and efficient and that requires prioritizing where we spend our resources. So although our goal is to create an environment where everyone can contribute ideas in reality only the cream of the crop often make it to development. We’d really value your insights & we do definitely want to hear your ideas and most importantly how they could add value over the longer term. Given this information perhaps we will work on your ideas next. In addition we would love to hear any feedback on how we can our prioritization process more transparent.
