      It was remote and the people I suffered along were great

      Cons

      They treated valuable people poorly and celebrated / promoted people who didn’t deserve it.

      Great place to grow your career, but advancement may require relocation

      Pros: • Supportive company culture with opportunities for advancement • Promotions are achievable if you’re a strong performer • Most entry-level and support roles are remote-friendly • Training and onboarding are well-structured • The teams I’ve worked with are collaborative and communicative

      Cons: • Advancement often requires relocating to a major office hub (e.g., Chicago or another P6 location) • Career growth can be limited for long-term remote employees • Some roles feel siloed depending on your department • Communication about long-term growth paths could be more transparent
