      Learning a ton and having fun

      Pros

      -Hybrid work schedule (3 days in office) -Vast opportunities for engagement & camaraderie amongst colleagues -Management is understanding of work/life balance to include family responsibilities and personal priorities. Many of the people at Peak6 I have met have active lives outside work to include hobbies and volunteering. -Every week is a new and challenging endeavor, the constant evolution of projects keeps work interesting and also the weeks fly by.

      Cons

      -Depending on personal preferences the 3 days in office could be viewed as a roadblock. -Depending on personal preferences there is constant change and one must be quick to adapt to new priorities/responsibilities. Some enjoy this as it keeps things rapid where some who enjoy a more constant pace can be troubled by.
