      benefits relative flexibility, ability to work remotely options to grow with the business idea generation encouragement innovative, smart people interesting business initiatives office space stocked kitchen

      Cons

      some lack of clarity on business pursuits clear division between upper management and the rest pay is lower than industry standard less than ideal communication on pay and bonuses

      Great Culture, Great People

      Pros

      I think that the collaborative culture, and the fact that everyone there is so nice makes PEAK6 a great place to work. Also the work was incredibly intellectually engaging.

      Cons

      The only cons I can think of would be that the office was far from where I lived, and the commute was a pain.
