      The traders work hard, the worker bees work hard. Fancy offices

      Cons

      Terrible Management. Big egos with little desire to help you succeed. Owners using employees as their personal assistants. Business needs come second at the whim of the owners. Constantly changing with nothing really being figured out or well established. HR is not on your side.

      DON'T DO IT

      Pros

      -They have an annual company party in Chicago that's pretty fun

      Cons

      -insanely unfair pay -HR is not your friend -you'll get laid off for no reason (not even money), and replaced by a man -so much control across the board -they don't give the bonuses they promise in your contract -people who have management positions will hire their friends and it becomes a frat -sexism in RAMPANT -it's a popularity contest

      Terrible Company - Especially for Facilities

      Pros

      If you like giant parties and expensive office instead of equitable raises than I guess this is the place for you. If you are having a good time at this company, it's at the expensive of other people, who the company is actively misusing to give you are amenities.

      Cons

      Serve a bunch of man children if you want I guess. They try to pretend that this company is equitable because of it has one female owner, who is massively self absorbed and doesn't care two wits that all the admin roles at this company are women and get horribly overloaded while all the roles that are mostly done by men are constantly babied. It's gross, glad I'm out of there
