Review is strictly about the Customer Care Center: For this particular position... Remember when your parents told you to make sure that you look for a union job? The Customer Care department management is trying very hard to make sure you forget. Long standing policies and practices as members of IBEW are being thrown out the door due to 'managerial discretion'. Anyone who knows about union jobs knows that those words are dirty. The point of a CBA is to create fairness and eliminate favoritism. The standing practices have eroded over a short time and contractor preference by management is out of control. If you're just looking for a job, welcome. If you're coming from a Non Union job you'll be fine. If you're coming from another viable union, you'll be shocked. Don't linger in the position more than 3 years.
