Really good people with a nice mix of experience, creating room for growth Highly respected products Clear structure - everyone knows who is responsible for what Editorially driven company, passionate about good content Encouragement and budget for training

Cons

The company's rapid growth over the last few years means there has been changes to processes etc, but that's not necessarily a bad thing, just something to keep on top of
