The general staff is not bad

Cons

A disjointed organisation with an overall facade of flexible working. Individuals scattered across different regions especially in APAC. With the Managing Director of APAC located in Hawaii. Management unaware of what goes on in the organisation with APAC especially being an afterthought to the EMEA and NOAM region. The so called collegiate environment is essentially a clique, where people (especially senior management) socialise with their buddies rather than looking after the local employees
