      Pros

      Everyone has been very welcoming, both in person and virtually. I enjoy working with the teams across the globe, it's excellent working with such a diverse and interesting group of people. You get great exposure to different areas of the industry here and I have heard of a lot of stories where colleagues have been promoted and have had the opportunity to travel and work abroad so that is an exciting prospect. Standing desks, good quality equipment & IT systems. The London location is great for commuting. 'Life of PEI' newsletter to learn about colleagues. Everyone logs off on time and there is a good social life if you would like to get involved.

      Cons

      You have to hot desk so no fixed desk but there is storage space. Oh, maybe too many delicious biscuits to snack on in the office - not good for my waistline.

      Pros

      It took me some time to find a great company to work with as most of other companies out there just treat you as a number or they only care about how much revenue you bring in. I genuinely have to say that working for PEI is great, they value you as an individual, the environment is extremely friendly and they do indeed stand for ethos.

      Cons

      I do not have any cons to share in regards to PEI - and no, not every company is perfect however all senior individuals within the company are there to help with absolutely anything.
