This is certainly the best role I have been in. The company clearly puts a focus on its employees and cares for their welfare. There is a work/home life balance. The team and management are supportive. Budgets are reasonable.

Cons

There are a lot of platforms the business operates off, I feel the business could benefit from streamlining some of its process and platforms to improve efficiency.
