The quality of the products sold by the company is very high with some very talented and knowledgeable individuals in key positions. There are a broad range of benefits offered to employees, as well as a diverse set of social activities e.g. book club, music league, netball team. The office manager is very friendly and attentive and the HR team offer a wide range of support.

Cons

Perhaps management could more regular share how the wider business is performing against targets/budget.
