      Pros

      Great culture where everyone works well together and helps each other out. The products are industry leading and you get to pitch very senior people in the private markets. Rely on warm leads which is great. Plenty of training with a global weekly training session, as well as some external training. The KPIs are clear and realistic compared to other companies out there from my own personal experience.

      Cons

      Nothing I can think of, but be great for more fun activities for the best performing teams. Perhaps best team in the month can go for a lunch on expenses or a team activity?
