      Good company- currently going through growing pains

      -Stability -Nice people -Good job for new graduates / entry level -Trying to establish Equality in the workplace (newly introduced EDI Council / Women's Committee) -New permanent HR is trying to implement good policies

      Cons

      -No personal development -Established company but run like a start-up -You get salary increases, not for hard work but if you get a job offer elsewhere (disparity in pay) -Only established a permanent HR recently -People get promotions if they are friendly with the boss. Not just working hard, remember to network with the right people otherwise you won't get a promotion and you will be pigeonholed
