Speaking for the NY office, great company culture. Pretty laid back and easy going for a sales role, as long as numbers are met you're in good standing.

Cons

Commission is uncapped but the earning potential isn't quite there.

Great people, interesting focus (if you're into PE), nice office

Cons

Terrible pay, advancement based on tenure vs performance, the commission and bonus scheme is horrible (not much of a chance to actually make a significant amount of money)
