I am glad you've enjoyed your time here - and enjoyed our way of working which we hope gives people challenging and satisfying work, whilst allowing a healthy balance between work and home life.
We're also always open to supporting personal development and career progression within what is a strongly growing company - always preferring to promote from within whenever possible.
As we grow, we're constantly able to benchmark our salaries against other similar businesses in the market and against the expectations of external applicants/workers from other similar companies.
We don't always get it right - but hopefully people will find some straight talking with their line manager usually gets to the right outcome.
