Pros
NOW: Just benefits BEFORE: Benefits, opportunity for growth, people FIRST vs. profits, support system.
Cons
CONS are just the opposite on what used to be the PROS before the "change". Have you read the book, "Who moved my cheese"? It's a positive and motivational book that all must read when there are changes that are about to happen. It's how we deal with change. With the new culture, it is a VERY hostile transition. People who dictate HOW front of the house is run where they don't have an inch of a CLUE how business is ran in the first place because of inexperienced executives. They know how to bark orders well and that's pretty much it. Wherever they moved the cheese, they left crumbs for the employees to flock over and act like scavengers, fighting over an overworked list day in and day out which in return causes animosity among fellow employees. This company has a lot of turn over due to: Stagnation- NO CAREER MOVEMENT Overworked - they want you to do your BEST and be PERFECT at all times, but when you do ONE thing that company disapproves, then you are now back to an unvalued employee who has done no difference to company's growth. Back to square one. VAGUE visions/LIMITED solutions: System sucks like coming from the future, back to the stone age. Training is designed specifically for service centers, no training implemented for branches. PROFITS over PEOPLE: need I say more????? Lack of recognition: this goes for the "little" people, you are just a number... Lack of trust: Management failing to keep their work, not abiding by principles. EXCESSIVE HIERARCHY: no clear leadership.
