      Pros

      Benefits, 401K, Vision/Dental plans, Healthcare, additional healthcare coverage which can be deducted from pay. Pay itself is reasonable. Accrued sick/vacation time.

      Cons

      Management, members, flexibility, favoritism, no holidays off except two. Seriously what Bank is open on holidays? Vacation/sick time is hard to come by. The motives of the company altogether are completely scrambled. Everything about PenFed does not make sense, the company is quite confused.

      Stable company with an good education reimbursement program.

      Cons

      Upper management constantly makes changes that do not improve processes. The staff is managed only based on Medallia surveys which hurts morale.

      decent benefit. Free coffee and tea.

      Cons

      depress co-workers. there is not promotion. there is no leader ship. terrible management. under pay and work like dog. when a employee mention that they are with company for more than ten years, they are stuck with pension plan which is no longer exist. low quality employee as good people are leaving. DONT COME HERE
