      Good benefits, solid leadership, CEO who cares about the membership. COO pushes hard to ensure we are are striving to be the best. Do your job and you will be recognized. Afraid to work then this is not the right place for you.

      Analyze holiday work schedule. Look for more ways for your employees to work in their communities. Allow them time to get involved

      Nothin much really work at home was great

      Cons

      Communication, better management, my manager sucked she knew nothin hated to be proved wrong. She set me up to fail and always on calls or meetings no help anywhere. Team lead what’s that may as well use the procedures as team lead. Managers all feed off each other 24\7. Careless is what i say. Horrible company to work for.
