      Difficult advancement for minorities and internal employees....

      Pros

      Tuition assistance and I can say stability.

      Cons

      Two most prominent are 1: advancement are difficult to attain as a minority and as an internal employee. 2. Diversity is needed ( 5-1 ratio on management ). No need to paint you a picture just mentioning these 2 alone, you can kinda visualize the atmosphere here. Lack of employee growth and hire majority of management from the outside. It's pretty self evident that they do not promote minorities, facts are facts (5-1 ratio) .

      Pros

      Pay started at $13 but would move to $14 once probation was completed.

      Cons

      Toxic management and environment. The officer I was under was a micromanager and continued to harass me about my size as well as try to intimidate me during training. I was yelled at during training, and harassed about my size. The final straw was when I was told not to report missing money.

      Posistive work enviroment, and benefits. Caring and engaging coworkers and supervisors.

      Cons

      Lack of job growth potential, stagnant promotion availabilities.
