Bad management, broken promises outdated everything. This will NOT be a long term employer.
Pros
Leads are good and people buy and you can match their shopping. You will make good money some months.
Cons
Recruiter flat out lies about expectations and how the company really is. Management uncaring on all levels. They really dont care if you leave or if they push you out. Hours are way longer than anticipated or told they actually are. You will go on performance review when you return from vacation. The phone systems and the computers they use are ancient and dont work properly. Pay changes are random and not justified. Metrics make no sense and have everyone on performance review and on the verge of being fired. Benefits are trash. No competitions or inner office contest or culture, just work. Not willingly to have people work remote. Most of the random blank 5 star reviews are fake. And yes the turnover rate is like 50% and of the people that do stay many complain about the treatment they recieve almost weekly.
