Pros

There are no pros for this company other than it pays the bills.

Cons

Too much work given not enough time to complete on top of having to deal with your assigned team. Feels like you live there due to the work load.

Pros

Casual days, OT will compensate for the pay since much needed to work your loans

Cons

This company will not tolerate complainers, employees that gets sick (noone will work your loans until you come back), employees that are struggling w monthly goal (they do not train newcomers, couple days of general NOT actual job function training, good luck if you get to sit side by side w someone in your team who even has the time (they are all stressed out and gets moody when you even ask questions), company does NOT give raises as this was mentioned by older employees still there and ones that had left, be careful as this company has families and relatives all over locations and watch who you communicate with and what you say, no life as you work weekends to catch up w piled up loans. I've seen a lot of employees getting fired left and right and employees walking out Not returning back to work. It's a shame that they do not recognize good knowledgeable employees as they look at quantity not quality. Currently awaiting responses from outside interviews to get away from this sweatshop, would be gone right away if i was not suffering financially. Company environment is very loud and people on phones cannot hear customers w alot of distraction from other employees talking on the side. Micro managed pipelines so make sure not to forget to put notes on files at least every other day.

Pros

Due to the lack of resources and structure, it allows you to gain experience in other areas to help grow your career.

Cons

Poor management, no structure, poor compensation, over-worked, upper management has no respect towards their employees (some get yelled at by VIP's), unreasonable/unrealistic expectations, lots of run around excuses when it comes to salary increases or promotions (they try to prolong it and keep it from happening as much as possible), has a terrible approach to improving technology, and poor IT service. Technical issues never get better, they are repetitive with no improvement from the start of the company. Lots of downtime due to technical issues. Increased responsibilities with no increase in compensation. New hires with less experience and less responsibilities are making much more than people who've been with the company for years with more experience and responsibilities. In some cases, manager's are making less than their employees. There is so much politics involved in this place, the same people involved in Countrywide's fraud work at the company. The company requires some dept. to work from Monday - Sunday. Absolutely to work/life balance. This company brings the worse out of people and is not worth the stress. This company is about quantity over quality in all aspects.
