      It has been a rewarding and an exciting experience. PennyMac has taken care of employees during these tough times in various ways. I would recommend working here for any and all.

      Able to still work during Covid 19

      Cons

      Pay is extremely low HR is not helpful they partner with management HR will go against concerns you have to fullfill own agenda Excessive Calls Will force you to work additional job roles that should be promotional but arent Management will belittle you Management will make you feel less than worth Customer service is extremely micromanaged No room for movement if wanting increase Run far away from Customer SERvice department
