      Management is always open to questions and ready to assist in all opportunities to help us learn. I feel as if we are trusted in our rolls and pick up new skills every day.

      Cons

      If you are not ready to work in a fast paced environment, or shy to ask questions, this is a huge part of getting over the learning curve. Ask as many questions as you can early on so you’re not stuck once your process becomes more of your individual responsibility.
