Pros
Hard to say... you'll make 6 figures... really the only pro, if you aren't making that much already.
Cons
Micro managed, horrible work culture, outdated systems, poorly trained customer service staff, everyone is unhappy. They slam you with horrible leads, increase margins, and expect you hit high levels of conversion. If you don't, you're written up or canned. Every day it's like there is one new responsibility added to the LOs plate. It's a joke. This company can be so much more, but upper managment is too egotistic and don't value the feedback from their frontline emloyees. No HMO, ok PPO, very little time off/accrual.
