Penny Mac is an amazing company to work for. I have been working for over a year now and enjoy it very much. They always put their employees first. Within days of the pandemic outbreak, they had almost 100% of the company working from home. In addition to keeping our jobs through the crisis, they sent us care packages letting us know they appreciate us. Nothing like opening a package with 4 pints of ice cream in the middle of summer. I can't thank them enough for that. In addition they have this amazing app called vitality that allows you to work towards health goals. When you reach certain metrics, your health insurance is reduced. I love this app and wish I had known about it in my previous career. The managers are great and there is room for advancement which is very nice. I am so thankful to be working here.

Inclusivity of employees is a priority at PennyMac, through care packages and hosted events, employees are meant to feel at home and/or happy to work for this company. Adequate training and supervision is also heavily emphasized as to ensure high performance across the board.
