      Pros

      PennyMac values the advise and experience of its employees. The company strives for efficiency in what it does, and I like that model. PennyMac strives to see their employees succeed and they also provide the tools to help with that success.

      Cons

      Because of all the growth happening inside the company, job duties and responsibilities can change frequently. As a result, if someone is a person that does not adapt quickly to change, it could be stressful.

      Pros

      Penny Mac has grown and continues to grow rapidly. And in that growth company has managed to care for their employees and clients. Particularly during this Pandemic times with COVID-19. If you are looking for a long term secured employment you can say "I've arrived". This is where you need to be. I had a life situation and left after 1 1/2 years and came back 7 months later and they welcome me with open arms. You don't see that often. The culture is great

      Cons

      Beside the fact that the training Team cannot keep up with its demand and people may have a longer time to adapt, due to the growth, you will find that whatever Team you are working for with always provide support.

      *Job Security *Best workplace environment and amazing people! *Management really helps and wants you to grow within the company * Working from home can be a challenge elsewhere but Pennymac has really owned it and made sure we are all taken care of during this pandemic.
