      Pros

      I have been with PennyMac since February of 2020. Since I joined the PennyMac team from the hiring phase, to the training phase, to the current Covid-19 Pandemic we are in, I am constantly amazed at how well they care for the safety and well being for each and every employee. Everyone from our customer service representatives to our collections representatives and beyond are greatly accepting, helpful and kind whether you are new to the company or a long time employee. The health benefits speak for themselves along with competitive wages PennyMac is not just a job, its family. I am grateful to be called a Penny Mac'er!

      Pros

      PennyMac has from day one of my employment been a great company to work for and I will tell you why. I have learned a lot just from being employeed here and have been able to also learn and grow my accomplishments thus far. I started as a Collector 1 and was able to show my previous supervisor experience through my work and they have watched me grow into a Supervisor here at Pennymac. The Core Values that they stand by really do show! It has been a great journey thus far and management has always been there for me and given me great opportunities. The Training program is great I learned a lot and the follow up routines they have in place as well! Pennymac would rather see you succeed then fail. I plan on staying with Pennymac I wouldnt want to go anywhere else now!
