Pros

Company has drive to standout amongst competitors. There is a huge focus on advancing technology, which has potential to make roles easier. Customer Service is very performance based, so it's best to know the metrics of those you manage.

Cons

Like most office jobs, there can be unrealistic expectations of how to manage your people. Many people, especially who deal with customers, can get burnt out. The company is not perfect, so having to be the "face" can take a toll.

Lies and deception

Pros

Free coffee and safety pin day in Agoura Hills once a year, hooray, we now have culture.

Cons

Top leadership of the company, especially in Agoura Hills are liars, incompetent bullies, and will stab you in the back without you knowing about it. Some of the most poisonous culture I’ve ever worked with in my entire life. I’m so happy I left. Honestly, don’t trust anything they say. The grass is definitely greener on the other side, so run.
