      Pros

      The staff is quite friendly and are welcoming to first time employees and newcomers. the sense of community is very high and you definitely feel part of a family when you work here. We are growing and the company is seeing the benefits. We have programs that allow the staff to be recognized for their hard work and I think that is good because people tend to respond more positively to rewards and positive recognition.

      Cons

      Things used to get backed up and it could sometimes be very stressful, however growing pains like that are common for a small company. And honestly due to new procedures and increased staff, work doesn't stack up the way it used to.
