      PCU Rotational Program Analyst

      Pros

      Good exposure to different parts of the company. You will make friends through the program. Lots of company support for the program. This program is a great launching pad into your career.

      Cons

      Upper management does not truly care about employees but that's a lot of corporate companies. Promotion and raise structure is not good.
