      Pros

      The people are helpful and mid. management were good leaders

      Cons

      People are overworked, you're expected to skip lunches and work until 1am if that means an unrealistic deadline will be met. Moving up within this department is extremely difficult, unless someone quits. The pay is well under what it should be... overworked and underpaid is an understatement. Upper management EVP and above are there to make the CEO happy, they are not interested in helping the growth of their employees.

      Pros

      Daily specials at the cafeteria. Opportunity to grow if you can make it the full year... Remember... its a call center...

      Cons

      They have a watch tower in the middle of the call center to monitor everyone and make sure everyone is taking calls and at your desk. If you are off a phone call for more than 6 minutes, the tower will radio a supervisor to check up on you.Relationships carry more weight than performance.

      Pros

      Company is growing and hiring more staff, so layoffs are unlikely. Still relatively small, so there are opportunities to acquire skills that would take many more years in a larger company.

      Cons

      Management is not generous with sharing the benefits of growth. No increases in pay, sometimes for years, even with a promotion, it is entirely discretionary and every pay increase has to be approved by the President! Bonuses for ordinary employees are paid out at less than target. Benefits are very expensive.
