This company is one big house of cards. Managers have no power, can’t see pricing, or allowed to make changes to their teams. To many Sales professionals reporting to Idiots with no industry experience. Jerry was checked out after the sale to SE. Brought in a guy who almost bankrupted CoAdvantage

Generally decent co-workers outside of managment and leadership team, 401k match, new computer hardware provided for employees on a reqular basis

Cons

Leadership lacks any real training, PTO system is awful, company does not believe in pay raises
