The CEO loves the pretty ladies, and you will see an inordinate number of them working there, at least for this part of Montana. Not saying there is anything sexual going on, at least I did not see any evidence. As a so so looking woman, I realized I was not going to advance at the company, so I had to jet. I have been working full-time for almost 10 years now, and I worked for a couple of great companies. PFL is definitely not one of them. If you have a family and are relocating, please keep in mind that the company presents well during an interview. They need worker bots to keep the company going. The company loses 1.1 employees for every one they hire. Ask about the turnover rate when interviewing. If you are part of a young family and are relocating, the stress of this job can, seriously, break up your marriage. Unless you are literally homeless and starving, I guarantee you there is something better out there. The turnover rate is more telling than any negative reviews here. No doubt some are obviously written by people that could not hack it, and it's just sour grapes. The no gossip policy is complete B.S.
