You’ll learn a lot, the hard way. You’ll learn what not to do next. If you’re mid career, this place is poison. Everything you read about the Trump White House or Elon Musk, it is playing out here on a smaller scale. The employees in the new Indianapolis office seem much happier - and they’re all solid. Career professionals want a challenge, but they want to know they’re facing challenges as a team, with leadership that values them. For current employees reading this: you aren’t worthless, you are just in an abusive relationship. Consider other options.
