Pros

I love working here and I love the environment. I enjoy coming to work and and seeing everyone ready to work, plus the challenge is rewarding.

Cons

Could wish for higher hourly pay.

Pros

Benefits (health) Training. Schedules. There is no more pros at this time just writing this since there’s a min of 20 words.

Cons

Nepotism. No growth. Bonus/commissions- HILARIOUS!!!! If you get big payment you don’t get anything just a “good job” no bonus because it has to be a “team” effort which then you only get ($60 a month) the other bonus just read: they are very picking with this one because they will give you more than the $60... basically you can only have your lunch break and a 15 minute break..have to be available on phone for 7.8hrs or 7.9hrs... in other words without telling reps they are micromanaging, want people to be robots. Positions- be prepared to have a supervisor/ senior rep that shouldn’t have that position, aren’t fit for it. Hourly wages.

Dedicated and caring management team, pleasant work envirement, opportunities to advance,

Cons

Some winey team members, but what place doesn't have a few of those. Pay could be better, and some team leads and supervisors should be more experienced and knoledgable than they are.
