      Great training Interview process is clear on the expectations and commitment of the position Perks included travel, untapped commissions, and a compact sales cycle great sales environment and full of positive go getters which is imperative when conducting sales

      Cons

      you need to work here - leads are self sourced. If you are not willing to put in a couple hours of work at night or over the weekend to bolster your leads, you will have issues

      I've been working at PHMG for over 4 years. In that time I've been given the opportunity to travel the world. Working in 3 different office's - London, Manchester and now Chicago. The work is hard, but very rewarding. They only promote from within, meaning you can climb up the ranks quickly if you put in the work. One of the nicest offices/office environments you’ll find. PHMG put great emphasis on having a good work life balance. From softball to team nights out, it’s a very welcoming and fun place to work and socialise.

      Hard work is a must.

      A few nice staff members. Pizza parties… Teach you about sales & calling all day

      Cons

      Very very low base. They don’t pay commission or bonuses usually. No hybrid roles…. You’re in an office ALL day. The only job really is to call all day long, the more technical jobs are in the UK & you have to be British to have them. No room for growth. It’s all just mostly a scam, trust me there are better places out there to work, DO NOT WORK HERE!
