It's very hard -where I should start with all the great things and make it sound like it's coming from a real employee talking and feeling so positive about PHMG. It all started with the head of Recruitment and how on top of things she was and so energized about her roll and PHMG. Answered all my questions and was 100% honest about this roll and the company. From the start of our training in the UK that they pay for 100% was amazing. So much talent. I thought I knew it all being an outside salesman for 20+ years. Wow was I wrong and I learned so much from the entire team. They want you to be the best and it shows. I have now been with PHMG for 2 months and I was number 1 in the company in my second month. The team helps you out to make it all happen. Yes it's a lot of work but at the end of the day it's called work. Yes the money that they say is correct. I will make well over the 200k my first year. The way they make you feel with all the praise is unheard of. Just last week I received a call from the top man in the company in the UK telling me how proud he is with me. This was at midnight for him. You don't find companies like that anymore. They care about the employees. I look forward to many great years and growth with the company. The growth is going to be unheard of for North America

The best company I've ever worked for. In 6 months ive learnt what would usually take years, first class sales training, valuable experiences and a team of extremely talented sales people around me. Currently working in New York, I have the pleasure of promoting a world class product which clients genuinely love. Financially this role has changed my Life. Incentives and commissions which seemed 'to good to be true' are in fact very true. The earning potential is huge. Fully expensed worldwide travel, a fantastic product to sell and talented empolyees at every corner, this role is everything i'd hoped for. Thank you PHMG.
