Hi there, Thanks for leaving a review. It’s great to hear you valued the people and the pay during your time here, those are things we work hard to maintain. We’re disappointed to read your comments about management and decision-making. As the feedback here is quite brief, it’s difficult for us to understand what specifically led to that view. If you’d be open to sharing a bit more detail, we’d genuinely welcome that so it can be looked into properly. Wishing you all the best going forward.

Pros

You will realise exactly what you *don’t* want to do with your life at PHMG.

Cons

A company and culture straight out of the 1980s… at least. The overall culture at PHMG is not at all compatible with modern/current standards of work environments at pretty much every other mainstream company - however SLT have their heads so far up their own and each other’s proverbial that despite the glaringly obvious feedback from the vast majority of the workforce on topics such as flexibility, wellbeing etc etc things will never change, - you *will* be viewed with disdain and gaslighted into thinking you simply lack “grit” (PHMG’s favourite yet meaningless buzzword) if you don’t fully subscribe to the cult. Aside from that, ‘chaos’ (aka structural inefficiency) in the form of ill thought out strategic decisions that change on a dime and are expected to be cleaned up by non management is worn like a badge of honour here….despite the evident amount of unnecessary stress and anxiety this creates among teams. I have never known a company to have so many employees on stress and sick leave - it’s absurd.

Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

Toxic work environment. They only care about you making them money and nothing else. This is not a job for stability.

Hi there, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We’re sorry to read that this has been your experience. Your comments are quite brief, so it’s difficult for us to fully understand what’s behind them. That said, creating a supportive and professional environment is important to us, and we take feedback about culture seriously. As you’re currently part of the business, we’d encourage you to reach out to the People Team directly so we can better understand your concerns and look into them properly.
