Pros

-They have some good training -Cocky salesmen -They're literally always hiring

Cons

- Unless you've been there from when the office opened about two years ago, you will get fired. I currently work here and have been for a month and I've never seen more people get fired and hired. They replace you, they do not care about you. The hiring team constantly posts all over social media looking for more salesmen when they are at full capacity just to filter individuals out. I was told the past 2-3 training teams have had 90% of their team let go. -"Work 8:30-5:30" they say. Not shot, they make you come in at 8:00am at the latest. They say come in at 8:30 but management will go crazy on you and threaten your job if you dont come in by 8:00am -YOU WILL BE TOLD THAT YOU WILL LOSE YOUR JOB ATLEAST 3-4 TIMES A WEEK

Pros

Can earn good money selling a good product.

Cons

The following is what happened exactly to me. 1st. They send you to England for "training". While there, I realized everything that I was led to believe was false. I was given a completely different compensation plan then what I had accepted on my offer letter. Also, I was notified I would not be given health insurance since I was a 1099 contractor instead of an employee. 2nd. I was told I would be given 17+ appointments per week. Some weeks, that was true, but usually less. The issue with the appointments would be, lots of no shows or employers saying they did not agree to a meeting. I understand that happens but, you generally drive 50 miles to each meeting. Lastly, the appointments you do get, must be closed that day. Unfortunately, you do come across a segment of owners/decision makers that do their homework and do not want to be bullied into a sale.

Pros

Location, city views, grandiose events (big party people)

Cons

- Bribes employees with free donuts/pizza to leave positive Glassdoor/Great Place to Work/BuiltIn/etc reviews. - Lacks a LOT of professionalism. Toxic "coworkers are family" culture. Inappropriate comments of all kinds are the norm. - Pay is far below the market value. They convince you that the commission will be much more, but turns out you'll be lucky if you can double the salary in bonuses. After bonuses, most top performers are still only hitting a little over the base salary that all other companies pay reps. - No work-life balance, you MUST put in unpaid time outside of work to do well because you're expected to make call-after-call nonstop during working hours - Requires everyone full-time in-office because they micromanage and refuse to do work on their end to adapt to the hybrid/WFH culture that a large majority of companies have somehow figured out fine themselves. - Sexist, very few women on the sales floor. The few that are around are given no respect and not even glanced at for any leadership opportunities. - You are just a number and leadership is not shy to remind you of that. You can expect to hear that there are tons of people out there willing to do the work and that your seat can always be replaced at least once in your career here, even if you're a top performer with one bad month.
