The commission is fantastic and, unlike many other sales roles, actually achievable The management is excellent, they support and push you to achieve all your goals The office environment is fantastic, everybody gets on, there’s lots of banter on the sales floor and everybody motivates each other to succeed There are lots of opportunities to develop and progress within the company, the company now works all the way across the UK, in America and also in Australia. New positions come up all the time and Promotions are very possible.
