It's the best training I've ever received, you put the work in and rewards are monetary and career rewards are exceptional. The team spirit and social side of the company is like nothing else, they have Summer and Christmas events like nothing I've ever witnessed. I met Lord DigbyJones, Sir AP MCcoy, Dame Kelly Holmes and Sir Clive Woodward at them!

They have 3 values - Hard Work, Passion and Continuous improvement and lead the world in Audio branding creation - This leads to constant pressure in keeping up the high standards expected.

They help graduates find work

Cons

The company is very corrupt. They go against your contract and generally treat the staff awfully. They are completely disorganised and pay very little salary to anyone working in the creative teams. They are disrespectful and take advantage out of graduates who are looking for work by paying as little salary as possible and offering very little progression. If you have any self-respect, avoid working for them. There are better companies out there.
